Question: Why did my site get deleted?

Answer: We remove free web sites that have been inactive for 45 days.

If you had a web site and are now getting a file not found error when trying to access your site it is most likely because we removed your site from our network. We delete web sites that are abusing our service, so that those who use the service as it is intended have fast reliable service. We delete FREE web sites with the following file types if we feel they are abusing us: exe, ra, rar, wmv, wma, zip, mp3, mpeg, ace, and bogus jpg, and others. We delete hundreds of websites per day and will not hesitate to delete any free site abusing our service.


Free accounts may NOT upload any files over 1Mb. This is considered storage of files since you can not use them with your website. We do not allow (image only) sites, or (image galleries) on Free accounts. This means that you can use images, but you may NOT have (image only) sites or (image galleries) with a free account. If you would like to have an image gallery please upgrade your account to any of our paid services (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). Free accounts may have a few music files to use with your websites. We allow a few .midi and .wav files on free accounts for website purposes. NO download sections for these music files please. The music files are for website use only on free accounts. Any other music types other than .midi and .wav would require an upgraded account.

NO mp3, exe, zip, rm, ra, rar ,mpeg, wma, wmv, tar, or tar.gz files on FREE accounts please.


Paid account customers may upload and store any file types. There are no file type restrictions. Paid accounts are only removed for adult content, Fraudulent sites, warez or copyright issues etc...
