Question: I don't know how to ftp. Can I still upload files?

Answer: We offer a free Java ftp uploader that can be found by logging into your account and clicking on "File Uploader". For all third party ftp programs please consult our ftp tutorial http://info.digitalzones.com/ftp. There is a 30 minute timeout on ftp so if you were just able to login and now cannot wait 30 minutes and try again.

We also offer a file uploader that can be used if you don't know how to ftp. This can be found by logging into your account and clicking on "File Uploader", and then on "Click here for our old 1 at a time uploader". Click on Browse. You can then browse your hard drive on your computer for the files you need to upload. Double click on a file to upload and then click Upload, and the file will be uploaded to the directory of your choosing.

When using this built in upload feature you can only upload a total of 1mb of files at a time for free accounts. 5mb total at a time for Paid accounts.
