Answer: Front Page extensions are available to those with paid accounts.
If you FTP to a paid account instead of publishing over HTTP, it wipes out your Front Page extensions. You can re-install the extensions yourself by logging into your account and clicking on "Reinstall Front Page"; or you can send an e-mail to support@0catch.com asking to have your extensions re-installed.
